What's my ring size?

The best way to find your ring size is by using a ring sizer, either for free at any jewelry store or using one you buy online (this kind works great; these are a bit cheaper).  Using a ring sizer will give you the most accurate size.

If you don't want to wait, this online ring sizing tool works well if you have a ring on hand that's the right size.  If you don't have a ring that fits to use, these instructions show you how to measure your finger.

Is Elleyo jewelry safe for sensitive skin?

Yes!  All my jewelry is made from sterling silver and brass.  Nickel is the metal that causes reactions in people with sensitive skin.  There's no nickel in my pieces.

Do you do custom work?

Yes!  See the custom jewelry page for all the details.

Do you repair jewelry?

Yes.  I repair both jewelry I've made, and, depending on the piece, jewelry made by other jewelers.  Check out the jewelry repair page for the full run-down on what I can and can't do.

Do you accept returns?

Since our pieces are all either one-of-a-kind or handmade to order, I don't accept returns.  I do want you to love your jewelry, though, so contact me and I'll see if we can put together an exchange for a piece you like more.

All sales are final on sale & discounted items, so no returns or exchanges on those.  

Do you have sales?

I price our pieces fairly for the work involved in making them -- they're not falsely inflated to accommodate frequent sales.  That said, I do have sales once or twice a year. Sign up for our mailing list to get notified when they happen!

How should I take care of my jewelry?

Do you ship internationally?

I do ship internationally, but there's a few things to know. Once the package leaves the United States, tracking stops, and it can be as long as 2 or 3 weeks before your package is delivered. The recipient is responsible for any import taxes or fees due on the package, which can sometimes be expensive. 

If you need your package to arrive by a particular date, please contact me and we'll put together a shipping quote for FedEx or UPS.

How long will it take to get my order?

Most in-stock orders ship within 2 business days of payment.  When you receive it will depend on the shipping option you selected and where you're located.  If you need something outside the standard shipping options, contact me and I'll see what I can do.
